Motorola cancels RAZR3

Motorola has cancelled its almighty RAZR3 due to its felling from the top list, as it has been in the top list as per as selling is concerned in US. Since in September we told you that Motorola has been working on a successor to their RAZR line - RAZR3 phone codenamed Ruby. Now, we're finding that the RAZR3 / Ruby has been canned.. But honestly, if this signals that the company is serious about moving forward and possibly adopting Android on the double, we won't shed a tear.

T-Mobile G1 Now Available In White

T-Mobile has now released a white version of its Googlephone named the G1. The white G1 will cost the same $180 with a two-year contract as its black (and bronze) counterpart(s), and is available both online and in stores. but I like it! This wonderful Googlephone G1 has received a more pearly polish, which incidentally matches half the other gadgets.

Samsung Saga and Renown for Verizon Available Online

Another stylish mobile phone introduced by Samsung will be available in the market fron December 1. Samsung's i770 Saga QWERTY phone and clamshell world phone Renown are now available online. Samsung Saga is now available at $200 and and the Renown will go live on November 19th for $180. The Saga is most notable at this point for being the first phone to require Verizon's mandatory $29.99 a month plan.

Fujistu Introduces World's First 500gb Laptop

Fujistu has introduced world's first laptop with 500GB disks. Fujitsu's MJA2 series of 9.5-mm tall, SATA 3.0Gbps, 5400 RPM disks consume just 1.4 watts during read/write, which is a 33% reduction from its previous drives while still boosting transfer rates by 27%.
Model MJA2 CH even adds the world's first automatic, full-disk, 256-bit AES encryption without any performance penalty due to the hardware level of encryption. Take that Seagate and your weak-sauce 128-bit key. Expect these to pop for retail sometime in the first quarter of 2009, a bit earlier if you can do without the encryption.
