Motorola cancels RAZR3
Motorola has cancelled its almighty RAZR3 due to its felling from the top list, as it has been in the top list as per as selling is concerned in US. Since in September we told you that Motorola has been working on a successor to their RAZR line - RAZR3 phone codenamed Ruby. 
Now, we're finding that the RAZR3 / Ruby has been canned.. But honestly, if this signals that the company is serious about moving forward and possibly adopting Android on the double, we won't shed a tear.
